Amazing location! Right outside is a ski lift and the hotel has its own Ski rental department downstairs. Amazing staff and great food. It really feels like home. Amazing for family. Great Spa with huge pool and jacuzzi on the outside over looking the snowy mountains in the winter. Great Ski experience as well as there are a lot of options to choose from when going down the mountain. Ski passes are also reasonably priced and Ski lifts connect you to everywhere you want to be. Just Amazing!
Service was friendly and always available. Rooms were warm and clean. I expect they were freshly renovated. Food was flavourful, with lots of fresh meats, and daily menu updates.
Terribly unfriendly service at the restaurant. They forgot to bring us (a) glasses, (b) cutlery, (c) napkins and (d) half the food we ordered. Whenever we made them aware of their shortcomings, they uttered a snappy reply.
Food is mediocre given the price. Nothing compared to Top Hotel five or ten years ago, when it was always a pleasant experience with fine food.
We won't return.
Stunning location, ski in and ski out, brilliant food, amazing staff. It is quiet here so if you are looking for long busy nights this is not the place. If you want somewhere that is not so rowdy, then it is great.
Classy Quality. Expensive. If you want a taste of the high life go hang out on the sun deck at lunch.
