After the auto show in Gleisdorf last year, where the boss sen. explained the Peugeot 5008 very nicely and in a friendly manner and made us want this car, and when we were pregnant we had to buy a family carriage, we drove to Peugeot Fritz in Gleisdorf. We regretted this visit very quickly. I have never come across such an absolutely unfriendly, incompetent and no customer-oriented salesperson (Mr. Kah) in my entire career and this was not our first new car purchase! Arrived at the store, Mr. Kah greeted us a little annoyed (but everyone can have a bad day - so my thought). We told him our budget of 30,000 plus leeway for favors, cash payments and 3008 or 5008 per day registration, demonstration car or annual car (there is nothing like that at Peugeot, according to Mr. Kah). Cash payment is bad and only leasing and financing is good. However, this would absolutely not have been possible in June 2020! Both were terminated due to the corona, and only cash payment was possible as pregnant. That's why he just wanted to show us the Rifter and only recommended this one. We took the offered test drive with the 3008 immediately, where Mr. Kah was there. Gleisdorf Autobahn entrance in the curve, he changed my headrest from behind. I was very frightened when it clicked into place, luckily I was able to keep the car in the lane. Annoyed, I constantly had to select something else on the screen, change it, etc. I could neither enjoy the test drive nor test the car. Lane assistant is all well and good, but if the truck comes over to me in the middle in the 1st lane of 2, our car is also steered centrally by the assistant, because of the line, I have to take the steering wheel in my hands. The only statement from behind was, trust our car. Just me, but not the truck driver! When he finally arrived in Gleisdorf, only the Rifter was of interest to Mr. Kah and did not respond to our wishes and needs in any way. The statement that we can't afford the 3008 or 5008 were his last words. We left the dealership angry. After the seller in Gleisdorf (Peugeot Fritz) I was so mad at Peugeot that I wanted to switch to another make of car. However, we fell so in love with the Peugeot 3008 and 5008 that we only wanted to give the Peugeot car brand a chance because of this emotional issue. Of course, not every seller is the same, and the FIOR dealership in Graz proved that. Mr Hadzovic was the complete opposite. Yesterday (October 1st, 2020) we picked up our 5008 as a daily registration and by cash payment in Graz. We are more than happy with this decision.

We have to praise the whole team, especially Mr. Oliver Kah! Mr. Kah met us with top advice, especially his honest, open-minded, and courteous manner is highly to be taken into account, which we appreciate very much. You can just feel good.
