I've bought my first car from Mr. Seidl, back in 1996 :) One of the most pleasant acquisitions of all, even if it wasn't a great car as Mr. Seidl's Porsche 911 :) Good to see that you are still on the market after 23 years, this can mean only one thing - a great company!

Customer service not so good

Avto hisa ima dokaj veliko izbiro avtomobilov. Ogled, testna vožnja in nakup sta potekala brez težav. Kmalu po nakupu avtomobila se je pojavilo več skritih napak (napačno kodirane luči, puščanje strehe). Po prijavi teh je reševanje s strani prodajalca potekalo počasi (komunikacija, prelaganje odgovornosti, neprijaznost). Na koncu so sicer napake odpravili, vendar se je njihov odnos med reševanjem zelo zaostril. Edino g. Winkelbauer je ohranil profesionalen odnos. Slaba ocena je predvsem zaradi odnosa in slabe komunikacije kupec-prodajalec. Car dealer has quite a broad spectrum of vehicles. Inspection, test ride and purchase went smooth. Couple of days after the purchase I noticed hidden errors on the car (false light coding, roof leakage). When I reported these errors to car dealer, the effort to solve them was really low (bad communication, responsibility shifts, unkindness). At the end the dealer made all the repairs in proper regard, however their attitude became strict and cold. Only Mr. Winkelbauer kept professional relationship. Bad score goes mainly because of the bad attitude and bad communication customer-car dealer. Das Autohaus Seidl hat ziemlich viele verschiedene Fahrzeuge. Mit der Besichtigung, der Probefahrt und dem Einkauf war kein Problem. Ein paar Tage nach dem Kauf, habe ich ein paar versteckte Fehler entdeckt (falsche Licht kodierung, Dachleckage). Wenn ich diese Fehler dem Autohändler meldete, war der Aufwand zur Lösung sehr gering (schlechte Kommunikation, Verantwortungsverschiebungen, Unfreundlichkeit). Am Ende hat der Autohändler alle Reparaturen richtig gemacht, aber die Beziehung wurde kalt. Nur Herr Winkelbauer pflegte eine professionelle Beziehung. Schlechte Punktzahl geht vor allem auf die schlechte Beziehung und schlechte Kommunikation Kunde-Autohändler. L'autosalone ha una selezione di macchine usate abbastanza grande. L'esame della macchina, la prova su strada e l'acquisto si sono svolti senza difficoltà. Poco dopo dell'acquisto sono apparsi diversi errori nascosti (le luci codificate in modo errato, le perdita del tetto panoramico). Dopo aver riferito questi problemi, l'eliminazione degli errori da parte del venditore è stata molto lenta (comunicazione, trasferimento di responsabilità, scortesia del personale). Alla fine gli errori furono eliminati, ma durante i rapporti col venditore si sono aggravati. Solo Sig. Winkelbauer ha mantenuto un atteggiamento professionale. Il voto scarso è dovuto principalmente al comportamento e alla cattiva comunicazione del venditore con l'acquirente.
