Good evening, so I have to say I am very very disappointed with this dealership because yesterday I drove almost 180km there and back with my wife and child to look at a new family vehicle that we saw on the Internet. When I entered the dealership with my daughter, an elderly man was sitting on the left in his sales office and I asked him if we could inspect a car outside that we had seen on the net. He told me the car had already been sold and they were just waiting for the buyer to go through the financing. If not, he would contact me today. So far nobody has contacted me and what annoys me is that this seller doesn't even bother to offer us another car or leave his office chair and go out with us! Well, I haven't seen something like that for a long time because it harms your company and customer satisfaction 0. With best regards
