Attention rip off: we had a kitchen planned here and got a kitchen contract that did not contain any of the kitchen equipment. How the kitchen was to be made then was said that all the previously agreed equipment would not be included in the purchase contract and the kitchen could not be produced according to the plan, since our dimensions would allegedly not be correct. Then they simply redrawn the plan without consultation. A cancellation of the contract was refused by us and a managing director, who seemed very choleric on the phone, informed us that we would have to pay a cancellation fee of 25%.
