Was very disappointed because I asked several times for an appointment no callback nothing .... Now I asked for an appointment again due to a voucher in mid-March the answer to that I don't know if I have time .... Instead of having a treatment maybe after For a long time at least the voucher was paid out to me ... Apparently due to a posting on Facebook of an Eleganza carrier bag "where I used a different treatment" (and I have to say tip top and tried to care for its customers) I was from Owner Ingrid Elsner posted all the best in the new nail salon .... Is that still normal 🙄🙄🙄 you can carry your money wherever you want!
