Pleasant service, average food, nice lake view.
Super rude staff! We found trash in the food and they took the whole dish and offered a dessert on the house instead(which was weird because we were hungry and didn’t have proper meal) and at the end expected us to pay for the chicken we didn’t have.
I cannot still believe what just happened here. We ordered food, and after a long wait, when the waiter was bringing the orders, he dropped half of a dish on the floor. I understand that can happen, but what happened after that was not acceptable. He gave our food to a dog that was playing there, acted like nothing happened, and did not apologies or bring us another dish. Worse is we found some trash in the remaining dishes.
Hard to even place an order! Waited 15 minutes to order and more than 30 minutes for our drinks, finally got the wrong drinks and the meals came even later and incomplete... asking for the check took another 30 minutes. delicious food but inferior service
Kind owners. Very tasteful Deer Medallion with a great view of the beautiful Thaler Lake. I will definately come back in the summer some day.
