Dear Ladies and Gentlemen ! On November 14, 2018, I had an appointment with Denzel regarding a vehicle recall for Fiat Punto. On the 13th of November at 16:00 I asked the Denzel customer service if there is a possibility that I leave my car there overnight because I'm working. The lady replied that they can not ask such a possibility to the customer !!!! On 14.11 my sister came to my appointment with my car, however, the appointment failed with a statement that they have not prepared everything for my car and yes the car is already 11 years old and if it has not happened so far it probably will eh never happen and I should make a new appointment !!!!! So I am on 15:11 again to Denzel out to make me a new appointment, of course, I asked why it is because yesterday's date was failed, none of the staff could give me a specific answer except that I have a new appointment make out!
