Very polite, very quick service when scheduled, but even without an appointment they will try to fit you in during the breaks and help you as soon as possible. They are also very rational, so if you have to take a temporary car (from them) during the service of your own, if they aren‘t able to finish until the deadline, they will cover the „additional“ cost of your „rental“.
As a car saloon, they have a wide selection of different cars, and as a BMW owner & fan I can only recommend them!

Denzel should be ashamed of the company, I bought a car in September 2018 (although used car) in which I was told there's a year guarantee, now to take the Car for control I don't travel outside Graz, I was told the back brakepard is faulty of what use is their trust. I hatte Denzel company.
