I've been a MieleCenter Fasching customer since 2008. Back then I bought 7 electrical appliances. In the past 12 years, there weren't any defects, had minor questions that were answered in a very friendly and courteous manner on the phone. Now there were minor errors with the oven / temperature controller and the hob /, switching a plate.
Called MieleCenter yesterday, today the technician came promptly, with a friendly, helpful and competent demeanor. Everything was fixed quickly to my satisfaction.
