Catastrophe. We won a voucher. According to the email, we can easily order by email, all you need is the voucher code. Coupon code sent with the order. Now you need the voucher. Why you can't just set the voucher to 0 is questionable. Good, voucher sent. The email is no longer responded to, but has already been read (read confirmation)

The engagement ring was 2 sizes too big, could be exchanged, but was sold at the same price - despite the lower material costs.
After 5 years a stone fell out, it was replaced very sloppy - now the ring is bent and has scratches. This service should also include rhodium plating of the ring, but this was simply not done. In addition, the staff is rude. No more buying or service from Feichtinger!
