Condescending, uncomprehending nature of the owner. Instead of being advised or inspired, one is only blatantly accused of not knowing what one wants. As a customer, I was only instructed instead of understood, and in the end I was dissatisfied with the (adapted) product I had bought, but could not return it. I'll have it changed somewhere else.
