I bought a ring from a very friendly saleswoman for my mother. Was a Christmas present, have even asked extra, if I can exchange, if he does not like. I actually did exchange the first day after Christmas, two young sales assistants were there. Have stupidly stared at me and asked very arrogantly, what does not fit with the ring and then claims that I can not exchange it anymore. I had to explain then that I was assured that this is very well. Although the ring could then exchange, but the sales assistants were so unsympathetic and arrogant that I do not want to go there again.
