This company actually deserves 0 stars. Despite the appointment, I was transferred twice during the first appointment, they completely forgot about me. When I called Mr Leber I was offered a new appointment the next day at 7:15 a.m. On that day nobody came at 7:15 a.m. I was called at 8 a.m. that a certain employee named Robert would come to me after more than an hour of waiting (another call that was ignored) ... I became aware that this was an absolute is unprofessional operation. If you don't have time for smaller jobs then you should at least be honest and just let the company know. Leber cost me two free mornings .... This company is even only 120 m away from me so it would always have been possible to do this short work, and even if I had an appointment somewhere to tweak but completely ignore appointments and then also have the audacity to call and call me say it will come soon ... I find it absolutely unprofessional.
