Have already bought two, not cheap, cars from Kuss. But I have to say, no matter what you need, you are not treated in a particularly friendly manner, you feel more like a supplicant and unwelcome, you tend to seem to be a nuisance, for example in the private conversations of the employees. The second star is for the always friendly lady at the cash desk and the free coffee. A bit of a shame, but maybe there is still room for improvement in the situation that I heard from other people in a similar way.

Car was handed over not processed. .Seller little idea. Wrong information given. No more interested in car sales. Several phone calls made (just finish speaking)

As a close relative of a customer service advisor applicant, I have to give this company more than one lousy reference. In response to inquiries from my relatives, the office / receptionist found that most women are not suitable for this position because the colleagues are male and that most women are not used to working with men. When my family member announced that she had an apprenticeship in a male-dominated profession and therefore would have no problems with it, the office lady did not respond. Either the lady on the phone overestimates herself enormously or she has the task of not inviting women for this position. Anyway, the equality commission would be happy and I will certainly never park my car there again.
