Very good in terms of discussions about alternatives for new cars
Unfortunately this time only this ONE star. Despite the appointment, we should wait 1.5 to 2 hours to get the wheels changed. (Unfriendly, cold weather, no restaurants open due to Corona). Nobody found it worthwhile to call briefly beforehand that the appointment could not be kept on your part. After all, I drove around 70 km for free. No alternative date was suggested either. We will not visit this workshop again.
