The lady was very nice and empathetic. We were professionally guided through the whole process. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, for example, a more expensive variant of something that I personally find extremely important. You can also book a speaker there (which we did) who was really great and even sang a favorite song of the deceased on the farewell. Everything was very successful, prices are probably the same as anywhere else. Recommendation.
