Very friendly and competent support when buying a used car. Additional requests were dealt with quickly and cheaply. A very detailed briefing took place upon collection. Highly recommended company.
Basically a great workshop with good mechanics and a technically trustworthy workshop manager, which is why I took the trip from Graz surroundings to this workshop with my Peugeot in purchase.
But the lady at the cash desk, unfriendly, grumpy and not exactly communicative, it is almost forgivable that this lady charged me 25 euros for an empty Peugeot service booklet with a few pages. That's why I also changed my workshop.
If there are just as pleasant staff employed at the cash desk as in the workshop, this company would be rated as excellent, but as a customer you don't feel welcome.
