No response to customer inquiries about goodwill and guarantees. 14 days would be sufficient, but the main thing is to sell.

Despite two requests for a goodwill solution, nothing has been achieved to date: the first request from the dealer was 100% (hardware, work) immediately rejected by Mercedes, the second, personal request on my part not yet answered or simply ignored. My car, NP € 180,000, has, after 6 years and 78,000km, rusted brake lines and damp, ie. oily shock absorbers, rear. In addition, a slight loss of oil was diagnosed on the engine, which shouldn't be common with an AMG with this short running time. Every service was made, a value guarantee for € 1,700 exists for an additional 2 years. Various service and value guarantees have cost me over € 6,000 in recent years (brakes even had to be completely replaced). As it looks like, these so-called "investments" were probably made in vain. For the future we will probably distance ourselves from this brand. In my immediate vicinity (family) there are 4x Mercedes around, I will pass on my "recommendations" in this way. Perhaps Mercedes Austria should invest less in office furniture and sumptuous rooms and a little more in customer service, which has been gradually losing weight for years for a brand that is in the top segment. The tendency towards nobility has been evident for a long time, the crises (Covid and climate) have so far probably had no influence on a little more humility towards customers and retailers.
