I) I have been living in this dormitory for more than 3 years and I do not know any person from this list who gave 5 stars to this dormitory, on the other hand I know many people who gave very bad grades. II) The staff is professional but indescribably arrogant and not in a good mood at all. The staff does absolutely nothing to improve the lives of the students and any communication between the students and them ends up just sending emails and no staff action. Absolutely no friendly conversation with these staff that leads to a better mood and problem solving is familiar to me. Technicians are a whole other story, but the staff working in the office or at the front desk are by no means student-friendly. After a friend called the office and had one short question about the rooms in the home, the staff said him to send email, yelled at him and he felt embarrassed. Whoever wrote in the feedback that the staff is amazing, in my opinion probably mistyped the address. III) The price of rooms is higher every year.

What is the meaning of full furniture? Nothing is provided except bed and table. Also far away from train station. It is saying private kitchen but the kitchen is outside the room. How come! All these are not mentioned in the web. Don't choose this dorm except you have no choice!

The "kitchen" does not contain an oven, furthermore the bathroom was in a disastrous condition when the previous tenant took over (walls completely worn out, bathroom much too small). The "communal kitchen" was not available or usable. In addition, no consideration is given to the current Corona situation, if the room is terminated (which will certainly be the case for many) the home management does not understand a reduction in the notice period. Pure rip-off! Can only advise against this shop!

The worst experience in my life was this "nice place to stay". I have never been so terrified and terrified of unbelievable non-professional "office" if you can say so. In no case should somebody live there. Please just pretend you've never seen this dorm. The only things you care about- just the money. Oh yes, it doesn't matter if you live with cockroaches, the main thing is that you count. That is the motto of this "home".

I have been living in different homes in different cities for eight years now, but nothing like this has ever happened to me. It was also the first time that I moved out early and would rather pay the money to commute! First to the room. A small dark room with a view of a parking area and an apartment block. The "furnishing" of the room is limited to the least. The kitchens are not in the room, but in boxes in a corridor. If, like me, you have your room directly opposite the kitchen aisle (this has no door), you will be confronted with noise levels and smells from early in the morning (around 6 a.m.) to late (sometimes after midnight). The bathroom is essentially a large plastic bowl that was used for the first time many years ago and looks like it. Now for moving in and out, here it got really annoying. First I took over the room in an uninhabitable dirty condition (dead flies in the lampshade, dirty window, dust under the bed and in the whole room, dirty toilet, kitchen door heavily greased). When moving out, the home management again expected to take over a completely and perfectly cleaned room, which in my opinion is in stark contradiction to each other. Nevertheless, we cleaned for a good three hours in pairs. I received the final bill three weeks after moving out. I was charged € 60 for cleaning, among other things because a mattress that I never used had a stain. The low level of seriousness was reached when I was strained with long black hair in the shower drain (I was sent a picture of it). I myself received short brown hair and did not visit a woman. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this home or another of the Studentenwerk. There are significantly better alternatives in Salzburg. Anyone who decides to move in here should take a photo from every corner of the room before moving in. Otherwise you run the risk of paying for foreign spots, foreign hair and existing wear and tear.
