Mr. Krausneker is the specialist when it comes to rocket coffee machines, coffee machine service and coffee. After moving from Germany I was looking for a specialist dealer for Rocket portafilter machines in Austria and Mr. Krausneker is the first reference here. In addition, the advice on coffee is excellent!

Originally wanted to have an old automatic coffee machine repaired, but Mr. Krausneker has explained very understandably with us what kind of result we can expect or in the worst case not. Therefore, we decided to buy a new one. After detailed consultation (questions about drinking habits, etc.), we have opted for a new fully automatic machine from his business. Are very enthusiastic about the product as well as the service.

After a long back and forth whether a purchase of a portafilter machine is made or we continue to drink our espresso from the coffee pod machine, Mr. Krausneker's expertise convinced us and led us to purchase a portafilter machine. The initial lay attempts at home unfortunately did not result in a good espresso. It was necessary to visit "service-4-u" again and Mr. Krausneker has now done his own hand and has now set the machine perfectly. Now the espresso is also an espresso as it should be. Many thanks to Mr. Krausneker for his effort.
