We bought a scratching post that could not be assembled due to a production error (a thread was loose in one of the scratching posts). The lady on Friday NM then said that they could not replace it, as this had happened during construction and it is our own fault. Whaaaat? Nogo! We'll keep trying to get replacements, but the gambling addicts now have to wait for that to clear up.

It is a relatively small business, so there is not too much supply, the supply is good. The ladies for sale were super kind and helpful.
