I have only had good experiences with this company, although there seems to be a lot going on recently, so there are short waiting times, but then as usual great advice and help. My pool is almost 15 years old and with sufficient care from me and yes I also take care of my garden and house myself, it still looks like new to this day. Thalerpool has been a great companion for years, which is probably why there are so many loyal regular customers. Only recommended if you want personal advice from a small business and don't want to feed large corporations.
Already during the construction there were more problems than solutions, deadlines postponed and excuses found. If after 20 unsuccessful calls someone could be reached by phone, there was no time now.
Customer service
Good selection of products. The managing directors make sure that they make the best offer, both economically and ecologically. In this crisis, I personally make sure to support smaller companies. I was able to equip my pool system with a new and better heat pump, a new outdoor shower and a renewal of the filter system. Thanks for the quick and easy processing.

Sometimes I am too advanced with the good customer service. You can't get it like this anywhere today. There are no problems .. only solutions. If something is unclear, you will get the correct answer immediately by phone or in person. The quality of the pools and accessories also speak for themselves. The price / performance ratio is really great. If you are planning a pool .. Then from Thalerpool GmbH :-). Mr. Thaler accompanied us from the beginning to the end. A visit is definitely worth it!

Top value for money and great company. The family business is very competent and I don't understand why so bad reviews were written. Isn't people aware that this can have very serious effects, especially for family businesses? Purely out of frustration and low self-esteem, instead of showing understanding and also positive experiences with companies, doctors and co. sharing is probably the new zeitgeist.
