Very nice staff, very courteous and friendly

During the holidays, the bakery closes at 1 pm. At 12:45 you get in the summer with them no ice with the reason to lock up at 13.00 clock. Asked why we got nothing 15 minutes earlier, two different ladies on different days explain to me that they do not get along with cleaning the ice cream spoon and I should come earlier if I want an ice cream. Incidentally, the same applies to the coffee machine. If they are open until 1pm and everyone comes a few minutes before, they will not be ready in time for their service, the ladies said. My 2.5 year old daughter had little understanding for it, every 3 times. Thus a star for this customer friendliness. If a store is open until 1pm, I do not understand why I am not allowed to consume until 1pm. It can not take 15 minutes to clean an ice cream spoon.

The employees are daily again on the new rude and unprofessional !! I have not experienced a single day in which the staff would be friendly. The customers do not come in turn and the kids wait, even if they were actually their turn, forever on their ice cream. I can not recommend this bakery !!!
