Hi ! My experience is that Carinthian bread is very good only the differences in moisture degrees, sometimes wonderfully juicy It tastes fantastic so that you can eat it without a requirement or is oddly dry and small-pored. The K.Bread of the 22nd KW was one of the best. I only drive the Carinthian bread from Steyr to Asten (42 km) because it suits me as a gourmet tastes but has not yet been found in Steyr and the surrounding area. So the constant quality would be required ..
