I'm disappointed. It seemed to me at times that the girl who cut my hair was cutting a man’s hair for the first time. I don’t know how the other hairdressers in the salon work but I’m not coming back.

A normal long haircut for women was desired. Hair should be cut when wet, straight, with no steps or any more complicated cuts. Unfortunately, this didn't work ... A gradient was cut into the front strands of hair, but it looks horrible. The foremost strand has been cut a good 4cm shorter on the left than on the right! A course cannot be seen on the right, even with the best of will, much more a noticeable strand that looks like fully grown forehead fringes. Since I didn't notice this mishap immediately after blow-drying my hair, I went to the "hairdresser in the Auhof" again the next day to talk to the boss about the mishap. However, he did not even find it worth the effort to look at the haircut himself, but had a temporary worker examine or repair the damage. Unfortunately, although she tried very hard, she couldn't save anything - cut off is cut off. More than a shrug and a half-hearted apology was not available from the boss, because he said he didn't know whether the hair wasn't that way before (the strand was obviously freshly cut!). So the customer was not believed. Fortunately, my very curly hair is forgiving of such a mess.
