Seldom been so badly advised, namely not at all.
There was no interest in my request and I was rejected several times with the answer: "Can't help you either" although the company sells doors and frames according to its online presence.
Very accommodating and friendly! Price performance TOP !!! All in all, hard to recommend. We will have a lot of fun with our terrace and could have saved ourselves all visits to our competitors! Keep it up 👍👍👍
Good advice, good price
Inferior goods!
I bought a parquet floor that made a very good and high-quality impression in the showroom.
When unpacking, however, I noticed that the goods were used and damaged. This has to be have already been misplaced in a showroom.
A subsequent complaint was rejected.
Only after consulting a lawyer was the floor examined by a representative of the company.
The answer: It's just an inferior floor. (Price: € 51.90 / m²).
After threatening legal proceedings, there was a reimbursement of almost 30% of the purchase price. However, the soil was not taken back.
Fraud in my opinion!
If you want to save yourself a lot of time and trouble, it is better to buy from another company!
