Kletzl Fleischwaren GmbH

I sent a complaint to Kletzl. Following wording: Have a good day. I live in Lower Austria, pretty close to Vienna. As is well known, sausage, ham and bacon taste rather mild in eastern Austria, and stronger and spicier in the western federal states. And I am exactly the consumer who wants it strong and spicy. There aren't many options in my area. You have to look for the few products in the shops that are offered by Moser, Reiter and of course Kletzl. Apart from the Kletzerl, which I think is fantastic, there are almost no products from Kletzl. Now Billa had Debreziner von Kletzl for a short time. Of course, I wanted to stock up on it right away, because the campaign was only for a short time. Then I tasted the Debreziner and I have to say I was very disappointed. They weren't spicy at all, not even a bit of spiciness, and after heating they weren't crisp either, as one is used to from sausages. They were more like "laps". And they crunched strangely while eating. I bought them again later, but they were all the same. Of course I ate the sausages because they were okay. But just as I read the name Kletzl I thought it would be the best Debreziner I have ever eaten. And I have to say for me it was unfortunately the worst. With best regards And Kletzl's approach exactly matches the quality of the Debrezins. Easy to forget because you don't even find it worth the effort to answer. Incidentally, a month ago a consumer complained about the quality. Apparently Kletzl only lives from the name that is associated with the Kletzerl.

Combination pack Burenwurst mild and Pusztawurst is not of the same quality as Kletzl. Tasteless, tough skin, ... I wanted to throw the rest into the lentil stew, but then I was sorry about the lentils.

Best quality and very reasonable prices. Nice service.
