I'm super satisfied. No hectic ambience. Are all very friendly and very helpful. Even if you come 15 minutes before closing time. And it's usually not as crowded as the competitor next door. I find that very pleasant especially in these times.

This rating relates to the post office in the Unimarkt. Suffering were already several times (tried) wrong shipping methods which are much more expensive to "sell". People who do not look at the tariffs on post.at themselves will get money out of their pockets. Example from 4.1.202: my brother was persuaded that he would have to send an "Eco Päcken S" for € 2.55 (the same package has already been sent several times) as a package for around € 4.50. (He has the eco Päcken S for abandoned me) I cannot judge whether this procedure is intentional or due to the total inability of the employees or managers who are responsible for explaining the various postal rates.
