My 2y2m baby got febrile convulsion in Hallstatt, and the ambulance took us here. All the doctors and nurses are very nice and familiar. My baby cry a lot always, but they are very patient and kind. Thank you, all medical staff, Salzkammergut-Klinikun, and Austria!
Kudos to the oncological outpatient clinic and the blood collection laboratory. Whether doctors or laboratory assistants and nurses on the ward, everyone is extremely friendly and empathetic. I feel really well looked after! For that, a big thank you! Special thanks to OA Dr. Skipper.
As a patient
Accident ambulance
Either don't know what the injury is - despite X-rays and CD,
or maybe to criticize even more personally,
Discharges the patient home despite repeated inquiries WITHOUT clear / factual information.
Solution = do not put weight on pain pills, crutches, leg and stay in bed> come back in 5 days.
But they were friendly, despite the late hour (8 p.m.)
CoVid or not, but brusquely to get rid of a (freshly tested negative) relative when a 76-year-old patient comes for an X-ray after a fall with pain and suspected broken hand, I found it not very patient-friendly. After the first visit (everything okay, just a bruise) - it would have been four stars. Unfortunately, after ten (!) Days of pain, a second X-ray revealed that (uje ...) something was broken ... how many stars would you give then? A few more minutes at the initial exam would probably have saved some pain and anger. At the second attempt, despite an appointment, I had to wait three hours - and there was no impression of excessive rush ... it was more like lunchtime. I'm usually an Ischl fan, but this time there are no recommendations.
2.5 hours in the hospital in the evening just because of 2 broken fingers that cannot be serious. Only 3 people in front of us and none in the treatment rooms. The waiting times are too long.
