Ultra-competent staff that not only knows their great but also understand the customer needs and preferences. Sophisticated equipment on site. They helped both myself and my girlfriend fix our booths (that we had before the trip) : custom shoe insert for me while-you-wait (took about 1 hour) and thermo-tuning shell adjustments overnight for her Can also customize the line with thermoforming - CAS, if you wear Tecnica, or similar for other brands
