Excellent products made by hand in a time-consuming process. Starting with species-appropriate organic animal husbandry with large areas of pasture with valuable herbs for the goats. This highest possible quality of milk serves as the basis for cheese production. A top-class product is manufactured here with absolute hygiene. And one thing should be said: Cheese like this tastes mild and not like goat at all. There are also excellent meat and sausage products.
