This was a very lovely hotel from the start. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. And the location is smack in the middle of one of the slopes. Which means that you simply put on your skies and can start. The food was.... beyond excellent with varied menus and a great selection for breakfast.

Not big hotel, with nice SPA and outdoor pool for relaxing after hiking/skiing :)
Nice hotel but not very well trained kitchen staff and services. Moreover, they barely spoke English...!
Very heavy Austrian cuisine, consisting of just meat and potatoes and extremely salty.
