My stove makes a constant whistling noises and when it is heated it smells horrific and poisonous. Tried several times to discuss the problem, but received no useful suggestion. Of course not the calls. Now I have turned to the manufacturer of the stove. They told me which other stoners sell this stove. I contacted the Leskovich company in Mattersburg. Mr. Leskovich came by with a technician from the Kaschütz manufacturing company. The two quickly discovered that the furnace was built completely wrong. THE OVEN WAS NOT CONNECTED TO THE OUTDOOR AIR !!! This can be DANGEROUS because it takes oxygen from the room air. In addition, A FLAP was INCORRECTLY INSTALLED, which explains the WHISTLE NOISE. INCORRECTLY INSTALLED RUBBER PARTS may have been responsible for the STANK. Only after the technician from the Kaschütz company spoke to Mr. Golobinjek did he give in, but only sent a single craftsman. Come by yourself and apologize and cooperate. MISCELLANEOUS. I called in the technician from the Kaschütz company as a supervisor, because I no longer have any confidence in Golobinjek. This technician now had to work himself, as Golobinjek only sent one employee, as I said. The furnace had to be completely taken apart. It cost me SEVERAL HUNDRED EUROS to judge what I have already paid for. IF MR GOLOBINJEK HAD A LITTLE RESPECT, HE WOULD APOLOGY FOR THE GIANT MUG AND ASSUME MY COSTS.
