My daughter and I just wanted to look for new sunglasses for myself. But the really very nice advice from the owner and the extremely attractive offer led to the fact that we looked at and marveled at more and more. In the end, we didn't just leave the shop with beautiful sunglasses, but also a great transition jacket for my daughter, along with a matching scarf and hat. Many a shop in Germany could learn a big slice of how openly and cordially customers are treated here. TOP!

Really great service My aunt and I visited the store on the weekend and received excellent advice. With this selection of skiwear, it's really hard not to find anything. The assortment is really fancy and for Swarovskie lovers an absolute MUST. In addition we got two glasses of champagne :-) TOP 5 stars

After the owner of the shop gave birth a few years ago, "... the Krabath (one of the ski schools with ski rental on site) is now doing everything possible", we have had the ski equipment for ours in recent years Family of 4 always borrowed there to support the small business. This year Ms. Lindner pulled the fur vigorously over our ears! When we wanted to rent our equipment this year, we were greeted upon entering the shop with the exclamation "I have nothing more!". Well, that made us more happy for the store - despite Mr. Krabath, business seems to be going well. When asked whether we should go to another ski rental, the owner replied "No, I will find something". It was like that and we were able to hit the slopes. Then there was the bad awakening with the calculation: The positions were listed completely confused and the amount was € 160 above the price calculated by us. Unfortunately we had not switched enough and paid the full invoice amount via EC-Cash. When we noticed the inconsistency, they were stubborn and justified the high price with the "premium material" that we would have received. However, we did not ask for this - and unfortunately we were not told that we were now getting "premium material". Let alone that we as amateurs would have noticed something of it .... As compensation we were offered 1 pair of ski socks from the store. We didn't want to get involved in this and after very tough negotiations (and some of the proprietor's arguments why a repayment is completely impossible and not possible at all) we received EUR 60 in cash. We shoot the 100 EUR difference in the wind. But at Sport Erni you will never see us again. Pretty stupid Mrs. Lindner. For a profit of 100, a long-standing customer appreciated .....
