Highest praise. My brother-in-law was visiting us and got lost. After the six of us had been looking for him for an hour without success, we called the police. Police acted absolutely unlawfully. Despite my express statement that I was NOT allowed to search my car, I just reached into my glove compartment. Under all sow our e "friends and helpers"
Yesterday, on December 24, 2020, my 90-year-old mother had a (supposed) burst pipe, a small lake was already forming in the kitchen, an emergency plumber service was not available, everyone was in lockdown, they announced on the tapes that they were would start work again in January (!).
In our growing desperation, we called the Baden city police, who promised to come as soon as possible. 10 minutes later they rang the doorbell! They reassured the old lady very sensitively and kindly, then they examined the damage.
They discovered that the problem was in the thermal baths, but couldn't do much themselves.
But they tried to reach a technician from the Therme -Vaillant company in several telephone calls, which they succeeded after about 15 minutes (!). Although he had many jobs to do and it was December 24th, the technician came after 1 hour at the request of the police. The technician was just as nice, polite and helpful as the policemen and after some time of hard work he managed to solve the problem! Many thanks to him and to the 2 policemen of the Baden city police, who with their competent, targeted and friendly approach helped save Christmas for my mother.
