Last summer I had a pellet stove and everything around it from the company.
View really top installers and have also done a great job.
However, Mr. Rossak fails because of the paperwork.
The promised (submission) plan for the community that was needed can now be organized and paid for by yourself. Information about this before the start of construction - none, on the contrary. When discussing the cost estimate, Mr. Rossak was advised that the sum is a bit beyond the budget and nothing more may be added to the KV.
Now I am standing there with the problems with the community and can even reach into my wallet again (under time pressure from the community).
A top installer in and of itself, but if I do not receive a total price for such a huge project and do not receive any further information about incidental costs, it is unfortunately not quite optimal for me.
Find out in good time what everything is needed and do not rely on Mr. Rossak, otherwise I can only recommend him even if he won't receive any more orders from me.
