Was not satisfied with the goods (12 pelargoniums red, large pots), too expensive, will definitely buy somewhere else next year

In late autumn I had my palm picked up for the winter. Repotted, cleaned and handed over in good condition. Today I got my palm back. No comment on the condition! But my new high-quality pot has broken in several places. I called right away and only encounter rejection and excuses! My palm is over 3 meters and accordingly a new pot costs me a lot of money again for free :(
