Bought a car around 29000E at a dealership 4 years ago. For a few days now I have heard an unpleasant noise from the area of ​​the wheels. I called the dealership. The answer was we have an appointment for you on September 6th at the earliest. Since I didn't give in, I was told you can lock in your car. We can look at it during the day. I pointed out that I am not from Villach, no replacement car was offered 😬. Then I called Body Hausott. The lady on the phone said I can come right away, someone would take a look at my car. Less than 5 minutes there and my car was on the lift. And at 3 p.m. my car had new brake discs and pads. I was also offered a replacement car. I can only say. Respect and thank you, great team and service. I can only recommend you 👍.

I rarely write reviews, but I can only write the best experiences about the Hausott company. The staff - from the boss to the secretary and the mechanics - behave professionally and are very courteous. All appointments were kept on time and the work was perfect. In short: I am a completely satisfied customer and will be happy to recommend Hausott!

I quickly got an appointment for the repair and a free rental car at that. Reception was very nice and the service was great. There was also an interior cleaning on top. I can only recommend. What would not be bad with the rental car, is that you check the fluids beforehand, because the engine control light went on because I ran out of oil, and there was no first aid kit, safety vest and breakdown triangle in the trunk. But since it is not a matter of course that you get a rental car, I am still very, very satisfied with the performance :)
