Customer service hardly available, login app works poorly, technology is not up to date, consultants are often unfriendly / seem uninterested. I strongly advise against using this bank. Alternatively, I can recommend the N26 or the DADAT, but the HYPO is completely unusable for me and should be avoided.

If there were zero stars, I would. Hardly reachable by phone, the employees are not able to let you know when you get mail to the branch and are actually waiting for it. In addition, no one is able to send the mail directly to their home, although they have expressly asked for it. Generally the worst and most customer-unfriendly service you can expect from a bank.
