Service: great! Advice: the boss always takes the time to give comprehensive advice. Even with trivial issues, such as a connection cable from a portable DVD device to an LED television, even though I hadn't bought both devices here. Great! Price / performance ratio: Top! When I consider that when I first came across an employee at one of the large markets who had no idea, but would have advised me something that would not have worked, it can still be cheap: I would have additional expenses or expenses have to afford! Conclusion: better to buy from the "small" store with good advice than from the large markets with unsuspecting pseudo "experts".

The negative reviews, I can not understand. Was always very friendly and competent advice. Can I only recommend it when it comes to electronics.
