The question is where to start?
Let's start with the impression that the shop gives. In short, cleaning would sometimes be necessary. Cobwebs over the supposed security cameras, dust on products, tools and shelves. Not to speak of the floor. Well, it's primarily a warehouse (hardware store). With regard to the fact that food is also offered, a little more cleanliness seems appropriate to me. The advice is also not far off. If you have any questions, please refer to the office that is open to the shop. Childcare is in full swing there. So you have to queue up for a simple question. Standard answers: "We don't have it" "I don't know" the best was: "Here is a folder from the manufacturer, please look for yourself" This cannot be customer friendliness. The opening hours are not necessarily customer-friendly either. Thankfully, not all warehouses are the same.

Courteous staff and you can buy things that are not available locally elsewhere. Price level is slightly higher.
