Well it would not have been the mega order and I just wanted to know in advance whether I would get what I need from Holz Woschitz, but apparently the small customer doesn't count. I was there and drove again after an hour because the boss was unfortunately not available. Then I left the documents with my wood requirements there with the request for a call back, if that was feasible and what it costs. After 14 days, although promised, no call back. When I made several calls in the meantime, the boss was unfortunately always unavailable. I find this very ignorant and represents the value of the small customer in this company.
