Love the products and the service is great!!
One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced!
We had a BUMAS muzzle made for our dog. The advice, the taking of measurements by the BUMAS contract partner Katrin Lämmermeier from Lünmelohr-Design was perfect! The delivery was quick, the muzzle arrived well packaged.
Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that a strap chafed too much over the muzzle, which left unsightly spots in the fur. The question to Ms. Lämmermeier with a picture of the position was promptly answered and forwarded to BUMAS. Due to the vacation time, for which we understood, the processing has dragged on since July. Then we were offered to send in the muzzle and they would exchange the strap. Since we need the muzzle for our Puber animal on a daily basis, we have agreed, after consultation with Ms. L., that BUMAS will supply us with a strip of material to pad the belt. We have been waiting for this for 4 weeks. For the proud price that is taken for these muzzles, a bit more customer service should be offered. Conclusion for me: never again BUMAS.
A very great service, incredibly fast shipping and the team is super motivated to fulfill my requests. I'm super happy with our Maulis, can only recommend Bumas absolutely
I'm very, very disappointed that Bumas was a long time ago, but I thought I would leave me a review because I was blocked on Instagram.
The muzzle is bad, the dog can bite through material, I don't find it good at all.
Customer service is zero. I didn't find a solution for the reason I threw the muzzle away because it is far too dangerous to walk around with this muzzle, maybe it looks great but doesn't do its job.
We had problems with our bumas. When I came to Mrs. Claudia after a long send back and forth, a satisfactory very quick solution was found. It was very customer-friendly and I would also like to thank you in this way.
