I have -10 dpt on both eyes and have already ordered a number of glasses here, I was always satisfied. Two experiences were particularly positive: My contact lenses were ordered in the strength I requested instead of explaining to me that I should need less dpt with contact lenses, as has happened to me with other opticians. (Absolutely pointless, if I don't see the board I don't need an explanation why I "should" see it, I need my wishes to be accommodated.) Also, this year I insisted on having a very large, round metal frame for my diopters - I was advised against it and the optician was 100% right. I couldn't last a year and wanted new glasses. I just had to choose a smaller frame and pay for it, then the lenses were resharpened and 30 minutes later the world was all right again.

Great advice, a large selection of models and brands and a very pleasant atmosphere in the shop. Since it was about my first glasses, I asked for advice, and my eyes were checked again (despite a prescription from a specialist). Every open question was also explained in a friendly and detailed manner. I was free to choose a model, which was then ordered and was there in no time. Then, too, the fit of the glasses was corrected and everything checked again, exemplary from a service point of view! Especially for those who are going to the optician for the first time, more than recommended!
