Quite challenging hike from Austrian chairlift to the border stone, but worth it. Clearly marked all the way, so hard to get lost. Spectacular views all the way. Beautiful nature and also we were lucky to see some wildlife. Do the loop around the lake instead of going the same trail again. Pity there are no resting facilities or even any bench at the destination (Dreiländereckstein). Can't also understand why the restaurant close to the chairlift was closed... Really? In the peak of summer season?

Top Italy, Austria and Switzerland under your feet. Not particularly difficult walk, if you want you can continue to the green lake in Austria as we did.

Panoramic point where the 3 neighboring states cross. The walking route is quite simple starting from the resia hut. After the first piece a bit uphill then it is quite flat (path 4) then you can go down by making the ring with the 3 returning to the resia hut
