Very good location, rooms and food
Great view
Our stay was Great.
Well suited for dog owners and the location near the train is great. I find single rooms with carpeting very unhygienic for dogs. Furniture showing its age. If you turned off the heater in the bathroom, the heater knocked very loudly all night.
Breakfast buffet exactly the same every day, the homemade fruit jelly is extremely liquid and has to be poured onto the bread. The same honeycomb stood there for two days, although nothing came out.
Dinner: 2 main courses to choose from, one is not always vegetarian and unfortunately it was usually cooked too long. Therefore mushy consistency, not my taste.
The advertised dog playground is quite far away, somewhere at the entrance to the village.
Staff friendly.
If you use the dog washing station, which only consisted of towels and an old brush, you have to walk through the wellness area to get to the elevator, which is not an optimal solution. Or you walk around the hotel, but then the dog is wet and dirty again. I don't have to go back.
Had the "Golden Autumn" package and were more than satisfied from the first to the last day. Clean rooms with good beds, balcony with a view of the mountain range with sunrise. A really great team, always friendly, courteous and hard-working.
The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired and dinner was a joy and a pleasure every evening.
We'd love to come back.
