One of the best hotel stays in my life. Amazing location and amenities but you are definitely coming here for the incredible heart-warming service of the dedicated employees.
If that is not enough than you will be enjoying an luxurious evening dinner and a excellent breakfast buffet.
I will go there again for sure. The crazy view of the panoramic pool on the roof is a must.
What a lovely hotel! Nice location. Gourmet kitchen. Clean. Friendly service. Did enjoy also their spa & wellness services. Have been there now twice for skiing. Next visit probably during summer season.
Great facilities, modern and super-clean. Very personal and warm service, worth mentioning are especially the staff in the restaurant and the people making up the room. Food in the evening was good to fantastic and breakfast great. The hotel's closely located to the cable cars.
Great hotel in Serfaus for summer and winter. Gourmet food at the highest level. Very helpful and great owner/ management. We will be back!
Everything seems to be on spot in this place. Service, food, spa area with sauna and pool, parking, modern and spacious rooms, location. Superb hotel!
