We were on vacation and in the cockpit of my VW Touran (not Ford!) An error (check and brake light Check) was displayed. Mr. Told immediately took care of my problem and removed the complicated hidden light. Although it was just not a Ford and for him the components were at least partially unknown, the problem was quickly fixed: new multi-bulb. Material, pay and invoice for 18 €. I'm very satisfied! We had to visit the workshop on vacation, because our car did not take regular gas. A necessary spare part was ordered, which was delivered and installed the next day. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, it had to be ordered another spare part, which was delivered the next night. We got a replacement car to drive to our vacation home so that our car could stay, though capable of driving, so that Mr. Told would have the next day on Saturday morning (although he did not have regular Saturdays and had to leave for training at 7.30am) Could install part so that we could go home on Saturday. It was not his fault that reading through the computer was not recognized that possibly 2 parts could be broken, because no error message in the car came more. He could not have cared that our problem is that we want to come home on Saturday, but Mr Told has gotten ourselves into our situation and has therefore on Saturday morning, the part as written or obstructed. Great. Thank you for that. The price for his performance and his scheduled working hours was very fair. We did not have to pay the rental car, we just fueled. We find that more than very accommodating and fair. He was very friendly with everything, he mentioned the possible costs in advance. The costs were undercut in both repairs and the wages and the calculated time was very fair. Highly recommended.
