The team may be friendly and competent, only a shame if this is clouded by the mood of the boss.
Disrespectful dealings with customers! And unfortunately this was not an isolated case ... Mr. Pfisterer no longer sees me and my car, I expect something different from a service company - and even more so from the manager, who should ultimately set a good example ...

Removed residue-free by the boss, quick, friendly and clean and at a price that BMW 1 or 2 would remove ... after 40 minutes I was able to take the car back with me ... really great ... gladly again👍
